Matt Reeves

A graduate of Clemson University, Matt Reeves brings more than 30 years of customer service experience and over 20 years in high-end residential construction and renovations.
With a builder’s eye for quality and a deep commitment to serving with integrity, Matt leads custom home projects and executive-level renovations with precision and care. His solution-focused approach drives attention to detail and fosters long-term client relationships built on trust.
Matt and his wife Jill have three children and live in Seneca.
Clay Coker

A native of upstate South Carolina, Clay Coker served in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer, constructing a wide range of structures under demanding conditions. He completed four years of active duty and four years of inactive duty, including a 13-month overseas tour.
After returning home, Clay built his expertise in land surveying and materials testing, gaining a strong understanding of the structural foundations that support both residential and commercial properties. He also worked in facilities and grounds maintenance at a local college, where precision and attention to detail were key to his daily work.
Clay enjoys spending time hunting, fishing and golfing. He values serving others and prioritizes time with his wife and family.
Zack Bush

Zack Bush brings a strong trades background with experience in electrical work and nuclear power plant environments. Throughout his career, he has advanced from hands-on field roles into supervision and project management, leading crews and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Zack is currently pursuing his education at Tri-County Technical College, where he is expanding his knowledge in the electrical and energy fields while remaining committed to professional growth.
Outside of work, Zack enjoys trail riding in his jeep, fishing, working out, watching sports and traveling whenever he can.
Josiah Little

Josiah Little is a Clemson University graduate, earning a BA in Spanish and International Business. As the son of Berry Group team member Jeff Little, Josiah cultivated a passion for craftsmanship and design from an early age.
For the past three years, Josiah has been a key member of The Berry Group team, working closely with clients to bring their dream homes to life. His commitment to quality and personalization ensures that every project reflects the unique vision of the homeowner.
